I am a visionary strategist and seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience driving advocacy, equity, and sustainable growth across the nonprofit, political, and philanthropic sectors. With 13 years of advocacy experience, I have spent over 10 years consulting with leaders, elected officials, nonprofits, and businesses, transforming bold ideas into actionable strategies through powerful messaging, movement-building, and strategic execution.

Since 2015, I’ve worked on political campaigns at every level—presidential, gubernatorial, U.S. Senate, state, and local races—and for the past 9 years, I’ve served as a trusted policy consultant, supporting critical initiatives across 29 states. I hold degrees in Political Science and Business Administration, which provide the foundation for my expertise in organizational strategy, policy development, and leadership consulting.

As the founder and principal of Equity In Motion, LLC, I’ve successfully led national and regional organizations through fundraising campaigns, strategic planning, and equity-focused power-building efforts that deliver real impact.
